I certify that the information provided is true and accurate and understand that false information may result in denial of the application or lease termination. I agree to a credit and background screening as part of the application process and understand that rent payments may be reported to credit bureaus. I understand that renters insurance is required and that ACH/autopay is preferred but not required. I acknowledge that this is a non-smoking property and that subleasing or short-term rentals, including Airbnb, are prohibited. I understand that maintenance requests must be submitted through the online portal and that the property uses security cameras in public/common areas and keyless entry systems. I understand that inspections or maintenance may require at least 48 hours notice. I understand that approved pets require a $400 non-refundable fee and $20 monthly pet rent, that vaccination records must be current, and that pets must be approved prior to occupancy. I also understand that income and rental history verification is required.
